Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the website located at casinoclubhouse.ie (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by DAMA N.V. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, provisions, and notices contained herein. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company. If the User does not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, the User is required to cease all use of the Site immediately.

DAMA N.V. is a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, operating under a valid gaming licence issued by Curaçao eGaming, licence number 8048/JAZ2020-013. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice to the User. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting the User's affiliation with any person or entity;

The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the User's access to the Site at any time and without prior notice in the event of any actual or suspected violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation. The exercise of such right by the Company shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Company toward the User or any third party.
